Sparrows Point Shipyard Industrial Complex (SPSIC) is conveniently located just off of interstate 695 in the Baltimore outer harbor
on the eastern side of the Key Bridge on the Patapsco River.
The facility is serviced by a local rail line, the Patapsco Back River
Railroad, with connections to both CSX and Norfolk-Southern.
Buildings are available in a variety of sizes, ranging from 10,000 s.f. to 100,000 s.f. Both long- and short-term leases are available for
a variety of marine and industrial uses.
Piers are available for layberthing, loading/unloading of cargo and goods, repair work and other uses.
Land for lay-down, long and short-term cargo storage and other activities are available at various locations within the SPSIC, dependent
upon the acreage required and other needs.
